2. Device Permissions & Purpose

• Camera (CAMERA): To scan barcodes, record serial numbers, and capture installation verification photos.
• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): To verify that deliveries and installations are conducted at the designated eligible site.
• Storage (STORAGE): To download and view PDF invoices, completion certificates, and technical documentation.
• Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC): To provide fast and secure biometric login to protect user accounts.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Verifying beneficiary eligibility for energy-efficiency subsidy programs.
• Dispatching certified drivers and scheduling contractor installation appointments.
